Yes, and I think it's different for everyone. I'm not sure what's on the other side, though I do firmly believe in the spiritual realm and that some people stay here because they have unfinished business.

I believe in destiny but don't know what mine is. I'm not one of the fates.
Can music really heal us?
Music is the best medicine for me. I love it and listen to it every day. I've also heard of coma patients and autistic children who are healed through, or at least who have better lives because of music. Btw, I don't mean medicine in the traditional sense. It won't take the place of herbs/natural remedies.

Absolutely. I'm seriously seeking someone who's good at tarot and/or astrology for this very purpose.

Make love and do other sexual things with my boyfriend a few more times, then go to Greece and try to find a mangas and a bouzouki from the 30's, perform in a taverna, see if I could be made at least an honorary citizen and if I could be burried in the same cemetary as Markos Vamvakaris or at least not returned to America. I'd visit some sacred sites as well, like Mt. Olumpos and the Parthenon. Then, I'd relax in the greatest country in the world and just take every minute as it came.

No. ONly The Gods are immortal and it would be hubristic for me to feel that way. On a less spiritual level, I'm too aware of human frailty in general and don't take life for granted.

I like to be alone in a lot of ways. I think of quiet times, reading a good book or playing on the net, but occasionally, I wonder if I'll always be a loner, and in some ways, I don't like that idea.

Yes, to an extent, and for two reasons. One, I don't want to deal with the drama, and two, I don't want to hurt them, and I know that it would.

If it was someone I was extremely close to, probably. I'd at least give it some serious thought.

No. I guess the magnatude of a huge disaster just doesn't compute with me. I would be much more saddened by something happening to people that I know and love.

I wish I had gone to public school for at least a couple of years.

I have. At the time, it was to keep from hurting someone's feelings, but it doesn't usually work, so I do my very best to be totally honest now, and just try to soften my words as best I can.

There are so many that I can't just pick one. I hate for anyone to be sick, but especially if it's something a person is born with, or some disease they got through absolutely no fault of their own.

I always tend to sell myself short, my cynicism, my fear of rejection, and my skiddishness around conflict and my lack of assertiveness; if I make a decision, I always seem to doubt myself and find myself seeking approval from others before I'm happy with it.

my ability to reason and figure things out, my willingness to help others, my compassion for others, my sense of humor

Yes, and I believe in reincarnation. An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth does not mean we should get revenge. It means that if you take someone's eye, then your own eye will eventually be taken, whether in this life or a future life.

It can lift the spirit and ease the mind, which might not heal, but can go a long way toward helping us keep a positive attitude.

I would give my worldly posessions to my friends, If I had a partner, I'd have a lot of sex, and if I didn't, I'd find someone to have a lot of sex with. Hey, only 5 days to go. This isn't exactly the time to wait around for the perfect solemate.

Not memories, but I wonder if maybe in a previous life, I was killed by being stabbed in the stomach. There have been times when I was just walking down the sidewalk, and suddenly, the feeling was so real of knowing that something was a split second away from stabbing me and taking my life.

I do believe in destiny to some degree, although people do have a choice to change their lives if they do not like how it is going in certain situations. I believe my destiny is to work in some type of social work field, travel, and live and love as I am now.
